  • Felicity Menge - Managing Director

    Felicity Menge our Managing Director who is in the driving seat, and has been in the game the longest, since 1995. One will quickly come to know that Felicity is not just a pretty face, but wonderfully clever and street wise too, having seen lots of weird and wonderful things in her years in the industry! Felicity is a perfectionist and thrives on creating a business that is governed by transparency and fairness, and is successfully changing people's perspective favourably, compared to how sales people have been viewed over the years. Pricing and rates are set to standards published in stunning brochures for ease of reference, if you are on a higher tier it is open knowledge and you have earned the rebate by the number of minutes you are bringing on board. Annual awards are held and the winners are honoured for their outstanding achievements, and everyone is cheered on and encouraged to do better all the time. After the seriousness of an intensive day of perfectly planned conferencing, Felicity will see to it that the day ends with a wonderful party, a 'Celebration of Note' pulling out all the stops!   • Heinrich Heesen - Technical Director

    Heinrich Heesen is our Technical Director, our young Bill 'VoIP' Gates if you will, determined to resolve all technical issues yesterday. He can be found testing new equipment and products, always keen to bring on board everything that is new and exciting! His life revolves around technological advancements in the industry, keeping Clear Voices technology current, in an ever changing fast moving real-time industry. Clear Voices affordability is helping to pioneer the telecom consumer to new and better levels of service and efficiency imagine you can have calls delivered to you anywhere in the world on our Clear Voice hosted PBX, and no one will even know you have stepped out of the office!

  • Barbara Paul - General Manager

    Barbara Paul the General Manager, oversees her Team with great pride, this group of staff are so unique, industrious and highly spirited. Barbara encourages the Clear Voice team to see to it that the entire basis of all Clear Voice interactions with Clients and Resellers is to be our Professional Corporate best. Barbara wants to ensure that all who have contact with us do indeed become our Clients, we want them to know they are indeed making the right choice, the first time. Barbara is tasked with making sure the Clear Voice Team deliver their best all of the time every time, with Barbara tweaking the strings and finely tuning things to make sure that the cogs are kept running smoothly and always with the best possible outcome.

  • Beryl Philander - Direct Sales and Marketing Account Manager

    Beryl Philander Direct Sales and Marketing Account Manager; our mover and shaker Beryl Philander has proved herself to be knowledgeable in the VoIP Industry. Beryl started off as Sales Secretary, and has shown herself as capable and having the required technical skills. Clear Voice were happy to see her take over the reins of Reseller Account Manager and get that department up to speed, and step gracefully back into Direct Sales where Beryl is doing a superb job of bringing on new clients daily. Beryl has built up an excellent relationship with the Resellers, and is responsible for training all our new Resellers who come on board. Beryls quotes for Clients and Resellers alike, motivating them and getting Clients up and running with the super products and services that Clear Voice has to offer, making their and our lives nice and easy. Beryl is also responsible for training for Clear Voice Staff, Resellers and Clients alike.

  • Angie Kocsis - Personal Assistant

    Angie Kocsis is Felicity Menge's Personal Assistant, offering her keen understanding of business acumen, and love of people, Angie strives to ensure Felicity's day is well organized and runs like clock-work. This is not always an easy task, in the VoIP industry where every day is full of new challenges and wonderful surprises. Angie hones in on bringing a positive energy and an absolutely "can-do" attitude that is rubbing off on us all in the Clear Voice offices. Angie is happiest taking care and taking charge, making sure Clear Voice staff and clients are given exceptional hospitality, service and are not left wanting for anything.

  • Liesl Fester - Billing and Admin

    Liesl Fester our wonderful Billing and Admin lady, begs the question is she human or is she dancer? Liesl for a very long time single handedly attended to all the Billing Platform requirements, dealing with the smooth transition of new clients onto the billing platform and any of their queries arising out of payments to their real-time on-line accounts, seeing their call records, recreating passwords and the list goes on. Liesl makes Clear Voice proud, diligent and extraordinarily hardworking, always has her head down and definitely known to be the quiet one in the office - but hey wait for after hours and watch the lady move the rhythm of a good song - yes she loves to dance!

  • Bonita November - Jnr Billing Admin

    Bonita November has joined Clear Voice as the Jnr Billing Administrator and offers much needed support to Liesl with the role of helping Clients and Resellers with their billing administration requirements. Bonita's strong admin skills hold her in good stead with maintaining and updating the database this ensures a smooth flow of communication from Clear Voice to all of our Clients and Resellers, be it by e-mail, telephone or where a technician should be for an installation. Bonita is always friendly, and her gentle nature warms the hearts of our many Clear Voice Clients and Resellers alike.

  • Marshay Daniels - Helpdesk Administrator

    Marshay Daniels our Helpdesk Administrator has come on board with Clear Voice having come from a Technical Call-Centre Supervisor background. Marshay has happily thrown herself into learning all about the Clear Voice Support Desk requirements. Our Support Team relies on Marshay to quickly and efficiently log support tickets and to assign the technician or third party who will resolve the query promptly. Marshay is doing whatever it takes to get it all done quickly, and always has a smile on her face.

  • Adele Van Niekerk - Project Manager

    Adele Van Niekerk is our Clear Voice Project Manager in Adele we have a lovely natured and super talented Adele. Clear Voice quickly moved Adele up the ranks; she learnt the tricks to the VoIP trade by starting off with Clear Voice as our Support Secretary. Adele's methodical and well-presented documentation helps to keep us all on track with the monitoring of Projects from start to finish. Multi-tasking is Adele's middle name, sourcing equipment, scheduling installations, ADSL migration, Number Porting, and making sure everyone is on the same page and arrive where they are meant to be, with the pre-programmed equipment, on the day of an installation and on time!

  • Andrew Kaasjaager - Senior VoIP Support Technician

    Andrew Kaasjaager is one of Clear Voices Senior VoIP Support Technicians, offering first line support. Andrew has an absolute love for VoIP Technology, something Andrew relishes is to impart his many years of VoIP experience when training staff and thus help educate our fast growing corporation. Andrew has a heart of gold, but sometimes we need to be remind him of this, as he can be inclined to put the blinkers on and forget the rest of the world exists; of course this is only when he is totally focused on resolving a difficult support query.

  • Jason Menge - Jnr Support Technician/PC Support

    Jason Menge Clear Voices Junior Support Technician/PC Support, is a fast learner, a little too fast at times. Jason is a bright light at Clear Voice, he has quickly grasped the VoIP technology. Jason has put his creativity into a web-site user guide he compiled for Clear Voice which will streamline and speed up support processes, a clear indication of the great things yet to come from Jason.

  • Heather Andersen - Resellers Sales and Marketing Account Manager/Secretary

    Resellers Sales and Marketing Account Manager/Secretary joined us on the 01st August 2011, assisting our Resellers, and all their clients. Heather shows determination to get things done right the first time, and is one to utilise all xls and word processing features at her disposal. Heather likes to make things easy for herself and everyone at Clear Voice. Heather has been very quick out the starting block, and sometimes jumps the gun - but we don't mind at Clear Voice "team work is dream work" and we have all got caught up in her spontaneity.

  • Michelle Visagie - ADSL Telkom Migration Administrator

    Michelle Visagie has recently come on board as our ADSL Telkom Migration Administrator. Michelle comes to us with the expertise of her Telecommunications Customer Care background. Michelle's excellent data capturing and xls attributes are helping to get Clear Voice's ADSL Migration management reports up to date and streamlined ensuring all our customers can benefit from our direct support if they migrate their ADSL directly with us.

  • Rocco Bezuidenhout - Jnr VoIP Technician

    Rocco Bezuidenhout is also a Clear Voice Junior VoIP Technician, Rocco is very fast and works at a frantic pace, though at the same time giving great attention to detail. He is polite and cheerful, a real team player, willing to work outside of his job description all the while being a very focused individual.

  • Jan Botha - Junior VoIP Technician

    Jan Botha is our newest Clear Voice Junior VoIP Technician, bringing his good technical network experience to Clear Voice. He quickly hit the ground running, and is getting up to speed with Clear Voice's product technology and the technical support procedures.
